"The rooms were as advertised online. The staff were helpful when I requested additional items to the room. The pool area was not great, had very limited seating, and unfortunately the hot tub was not working and no information was shared other than a sign at the pool area. The manager accepted our feedback about the hot tub and resolved this with the people in my group."

"We were in the motor lodge rooms. Very nice rooms but the connecting door to the our neighbours was thin with gaps around it, which meant their talking disturbed us late at night. The bad thing was the wifi was very poor, which by today's standards is not acceptable. "

"Expedia app sold me a room that didn’t exists. I got to the hotel at 3am and the lady at the front desk just straight up told me that my room didn’t exist and they couldn’t do nothing about it even though I had booked the room hours before my arrival"

"We killed a cockroach and the shower had was so broken, that it had water coming out everywhere. There was literally a puddle of water on the floor land well as a soaking wet toilet. ALL from that shower. The girl working the front desk was great. Very personable and friendly."
