The linens were nice and white and smelled fresh. My room was 4 star clean. There were several areas that need maintenance attention such as peeling paint. The continental breakfadt was decent but the only creamer for coffee was sweetened and flavored.

This place is charming and a pleasure to stay in! Parking was right in front of our room, everything inside worked and was very clean. We were comfortable and felt safe here. I would recommend to family and friends.

The price was right, it was close to the highway, so it was convenient. The people running it seemed very nice. No problems with parking. I will never go to another Econolodge. The room smelled a combination of cigarette smoke and bad cleaning fluid. The shower handle came off in my hand. The Wi-Fi did not connect me to the Internet, even though I was connected to their Wi-Fi. The television did not work. There was hair on the sheets. The couch in the room was so old and dirty looking that I was scared there might be bedbugs. If I had not been so tired I might have just left.

Was arriving late, so I called ahead and was told to call back when I arrive to get checked-in. All good there. Had two dogs with me, had to prepay for them upon arrival. The gentleman at reception was friendly. That's as good as things got. The room was disgusting. Not clean. Not suitable for animals never mind humans. Shower was hot was the only saving grace in the room. Fridge didnt work, as I was breaking up my trip, and a fridge was listed, I wanted to use this but couldn't. Very noisy property with every sound from above, behind and adjacent rooms coming through as if you were with them. Property not trashed, but not well maintained either. To he honest, we got in and as quickly as possible, but wouldn't be recommending staying here to anyone.

The overall experience was pleasant. I needed somewhere to stay after traveling to Worcester for a concert and landed on Econo Lodge Roure 20. The staff were friendly, the land and room were clean, and I couldn't beat the price for a one night stay that close to the concert venue.
