「Great place to stay! Beautiful view of bay. 」

「We stayed here for four nights and five days and we felt so lucky we found this property. You are right on the water with the most gorgeous balcony to see the sunset every night. There is a restaurant walking distance or so many more restaurants/bars just a short drive away. The host luckily let us check in early and kept great communication the entire stay to make sure we were enjoying our visit. If we ever come back I would absolutely rent this unit again.」

「Beautiful condo, easy access. Located beside the gift shop and over the pool/hot tub area. Beach chairs, towels, wagon and toys provided. Beds are firm but comfortable. Gift basket was so kind. Very good communication throughout the stay. Walking distance to pier and restaurants. Overall 10/10」

「The property was very nice. Good and clean great location. However cleaning staff were really rude when we arrived. We were told we couldn't check in till 4 and it was 3minutes till. She said we would be charged 250 dollars for early check in. We were not charged though, everything after that was wonderful. Beautiful condo. 」

「If you’re looking for a reasonably priced place to stay in Fort Walton Beach that’s clean and has relatively easy access to the beach, this is your place. This is one condo of an eight multi-family unit that provides access to a decent pool and a hot tub. This is a no-thrills place. It’s very simple and has what you need for a nice getaway. The neighborhood it’s in is a little questionable—a mix of nice vacation rentals and some low-income housing. However, it’s safe. We had no issues with any...

「Perfect location to the beach and plenty of parking. We stayed in Studio A next to the bar and the kitchen noise starting at 7am wasn’t a problem bc we brought a box fan for white noise. We stayed 8 days and sofa bed was okay. Overall this place was clean and new, we would love to stay here again.」
