「The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean. But I don't recommend for light sleepers. We were on the 9th (top) floor and the street noise of people going home after concerts and drinking woke us both up over and over throughout the night. The inside sounds were also loud; doors closing in the next room, footsteps in the hall. Definitely bring earplugs. Also, although small rooms are common in Japan, our room was very small *for the price*. It was like staying in an APA...
