"This hotel is a beautiful old building with spacious peaceful courtyards. The location is great. However, it is very rundown - I'm not talking about faded elegance - I'm talking about neglect and poor management. I have the impression that the owners are running this place into the ground with a view to demolition in the near future, so that it can be replaced with one of the ugly, but doubtless more profitable, glass and concrete boxes that already surround it. The bathroom was filthy, covered...

"This small Bed & Breakfast is a bit far from Zhangjiajie proper but the location in the National Park definitely makes up for the that. The Staff are very helpful and they are willing to bring your luggage to your room. The breakfast is good Asian fare. "The hosts at this property are wonderful. They were extremely attentive and did all our park entrance booking and reservations for us, and gave us recommended itineraries for each place, and you would not go wrong to follow their advice. "

" Ok, there is both good and bad with this Hotel. Let's start out with the good. The price was good. The room was clean. The room looked nice. The décor was nice. The view from the Balcony in my room was nice, but the view really depended on the weather. if the weather was bad, you could not see the mountains and were just stuck seeing other buildings It had hot water and decent water pressure. The staff was nice but spoke no English.

"The pool water is not clean. Very limited equipment for gym, only one treadmill and you can barely run on it…but the two girls at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The bed is big"
