「We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve for our honeymoon and we cannot say enough positive things about it!! We had an Oceanside room. It was spotless clean. The staff was SO friendly — especially the bellboys who drive you around the resort. Food was fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again!! 」

「There were several pools. One with a swim up bar, infinity pool, lounging area and hot tub. Shaded areas in the pool were an amazing feature. The second pool area has a beach like entrance and was geared towards families. Very inpressed.」

「Pretty hotel and grounds, but LOUD. The voices and music just reverberate due to all the hard surfaces. Our room had the noisiest neighbors. One side allowed their screaming kids out on the balcony at 7AM each day waking us up. They would yell “Hi” down to the workers below. The other side had a family reunion every morning at 7:45 with LOUD voices. The hotel should have an adult-only side. The restaurants were very good, but pricey. The pool cabana price was grossly misrepresented to my friend....

「Balcony with ocean view. The property is beautiful, excellent. Everything was perfect, I love it ! I will recommend it to anyone that wants to stay in Fajardo PR. The boats are next to the property, so we had a blast going to Icacos Island. We love it o come back.」
