"Beautiful place"

"The swimming pool was large as well as the bathroom; however, do not get a pool view room as they are smaller than the normal rooms and one queen bed is literally inches from the air conditioning system mounted on the wall near the floor which blocks a majority of the airflow creating a warmer than desired temperature! The pool needed cleaning and every day there was a lack of towels being provided. The birds were aggressive around the pool fueled by people feeding them and they pooped all over our stuff. There was trash sitting outside our rooms for days for no apparent reason. The ice machine near us was broken and in disrepair with the front cover missing. The breakfast area was too small for the amount of people staying there and was nothing special. They charge $15 daily for parking which was not disclosed prior to check in nor during check in. The room above us sounded like an elephant dancing as the floors must be wood based vs concrete. Despite being next to the airport the noise wasn’t so bad as flights were spread out and I didn’t hear anything overnight. The location is pretty nice which is why we booked there. The fitness room was small and very inadequate…I guess most people don’t worry about working out on vacation…that’s one of mine and my wife’s weird quirks. We had a better overall experience at the Best Western five years earlier!"

"Although I only stayed for one night and did not get to use the amenities so I can’t comment on that. I can comment on the horrible check in process… I obviously booked in advance and my credit card was charged even before my arrival, however upon my arrival and check in, I was told I needed to not only provide the card that was used but also fill out an entire “fill in pdf” style form on my email, I was also told that if I don’t have the original payment, they would have to refund the original payment and make a whole new transaction…. This was the most barbaric style .. really needs to be rethought for ease of access."

"Unit was spacious, clean and well equipped with toiletries and kitchen items. Parking was flooded on arrival making it difficult to unload and load our vehicle and access the pool from our room. The property is seaside and not on the beach; however, there are sandy areas for sunbathing or sea access, a pool, and onsite excursions. Great for families."
