「日本から娘が一人で宿泊しました。スタッフの方がとても優しくて安心できたそうです。 スーパーで買ってきたインスタントを温めてほしいと、お願いすると、熱くなるからとお皿に入替えてくださるというエピソードがありました。とてもご親切な対応に感謝いたします。 歴史を感じられる素敵な外観や美味しい朝食。毎日、楽しみにしてたようです。 お部屋にはバスタブがついていて、疲れをとることができてとても快適に過ごせました。 今度は私が、娘に会いにイギリスに行くときに利用したいものです。 お世話になりました＾＾」

Was a great fit for our family of four, and the separate rooms for the toilet and shower actually made our routines more efficient. 「Tess was incredibly communicative before and during the stay which made check-in and check-out seamless. The home had everything you needed for a family with a young baby/toddler which was so helpful. The home is as per images, only thing to note is the basement does not have windows however the room was very cool and on a hot summer's night it's great. 「Stayed here as a base for London. Easy 10 min walk to the rail station. Richmond a very quaint town as well and convenient to Kew Gardens, Hampton Court and Windsor. Definitely would return on future extended London travel. 」
