Staff are friendly and the rate was very competitive. Highly rated the breakfast selection and the facility such as the lobby bar was amazing. Plenty of space and there’s a good feel about it. Great location wth the view of the room top bar was amazing.

This is our first time staying with a Leonardo Royal hotel and we simply fell in love with the location, the amenities and the staff. There is no complaints about our stay here. We loved the location, cleanliness & concierge staff! We did not eat breakfast however had a lunch, dinner & drinks occasionally and it was fantastic. Unfortunately, we didn’t make it to the rooftop bar until the last night we were there and I wish we would’ve gone there every night. It was beautiful.

Enjoyed my stay. Staff super courteous and welcoming/helpful. Spa was excellent. Loved the breakfast and TV in the room was great too with full freeview and streaming services. Only criticism is on cleanliness. Could see limescale deposited towards back or the toilet water and some grime along the hot tub where the water meets the side that needs cleaning, plus some hair balls in the bed. But overall a fantastic experience and excellent value for money.
