"Staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Room was clean. No complaints there. I didn’t sleep well. The bed was a little too hard for me and my neighbor was going in and out of the room slamming the door. Not a fault of the motel. Still, very reasonable price for what was provided. -Thank you"

"Location is great and both check in and check out staff were great. Everything functioned well and kitchenette was splendid. Only drawbacks were the floors in my room (laminate, not restroom) were dirty and sticky. Bed was absolutely shot tho. Busted springs and a HUGE area with permanent impression. Overall 3 out of 5 stars is fair I think. Also the desk chair has seen better days."

"Staffing was great, location to airport perfect and pool has real plants in the area and not over the top in chemical smelling. BUT the carpet is not stapled down in the rooms or hallways well; trip hazard, toilet in 271 is loose, you can manual swivel the entire toilet. Stains on walls and carpet in rooms and hallways. Breakfast was warm/cold when we arrived which we were forst in line (6am) prior to the door openning. Pool was to cold to swim in (50-60 degrees) the hot tube is being remodeled so it was closed and no towels for the four people swimming/lounging. Elevator was out of order and no fire extinguisher in our hallway( near room 275). No restaurant on Sundays or Mondays...being an airport hotel, I would think it would be a good time to be open. Neighborhood had lots of homeless and was dirty. No shuttle service to hotel which is fine if you are brave enough to walk by what appeared to be junkies and homeless folks."

"The room was clean and convenient location ~30 mins from kings canyon. The restaurant was amazing, we ate there 4 times during our 3 night stay. Everything we ate there was delicious, even when they forgot to put avocado in my avocado and bacon breakfast burrito, it still tasted great. Staff was very nice and helpful especially Lisa. We had some ants in our restroom and she came and sprayed them away and didn’t see anymore ants. Parking was really easy in front of our room. We made sure to book a room with a private restroom. The AC and shower were working fine, though was a little hard to turn off the shower all the way. We had arrived on a hot day and they already had the AC running so our room was cool when we arrived. Very thoughtful staff. Would come back again."

"Horrible! I booked for 3 nights due my job and only stayed one!! Unfortunately i was too sleep deprived to safely drive to a safer/cleaner hotel. Keep in mind that I AM A SINGLE WOMAN traveler. The room was disgusting there were roaches crawling out on walls especially near the bed head board wall and the bathroom was horrendous they were all over the toilet and bathtub! Outlet wires were exposed and loose. BUT the worse part was the harassment! I HAD RANDOM MEN AND WOMEN KNOCKING AND POUNDING AT MY ROOM DOOR APPROXIMATELY 5 times throughout my stay which i only stayed from 9:30pm to 3:30am the next day! I checked through the peep hole and there were sketchy men by themselves and then the following times they would bring over a female partner and make her talk and knock while they tried to hide behind them. SHE WOULD ASK TO OPEN THE DOOR AND TIRED TO FORCE THE DOOR KNOB TOO. I NEVER RESPONDED TO ANY OF THE REQUESTS. I KEPT QUIET AND KEPT EVERYTHING ON HAND. I didn’t know any of these people since I’m from out of town. The last knocking attempt was literally at 3am by the couple. I feared for my safety and blocked the front door with the crappy ironing board for extra security. I only slept an hour and kept the lights on the entire time to keep roaches at bay and kept vigilant at all times with cell on hand. Scariest experience I have ever experienced in my life!!! Plus all the hotel reeked of weed smell. FIRST AND LAST TIME I EVER IN MY LIFE."
