「事前にホテルにメッセージを送信したところ、予約がはいっていないとの、メールがあった。Expediaのサイト上、予約になっているので2回問い合わせても返信なく、こちらから、Expediaのアンケートサイトから連絡して、確認を図ってもらったようだ。　観光地とはいえ部屋は綺麗とは言えず、コーヒーメーカーは床に置かないとコンセントにつながらず、非常に使いにくいテーブルと椅子があるだけだった。wifiありということだったがネットは完全に使えなかった。」

「立地といい、貸別荘的な雰囲気といい文句ありません。通常のホテルのようにフロントや常駐従業員はいませんが、特に不便は感じませんでした。チェックインは施設の説明にある少し離れた事務所で行いカギもそこで受け取ります。チェックアウトはホテルにあるキーポストのようなキーボックスに返却するだけで簡単。 私たちの部屋は冷蔵庫やレンジ、キッチンがついており、１週間くらい生活したくなる程快適。冬でしたが屋外プールは温水で子供も大喜び。夕食は目の前にあるレストランでしましたが、賑わっており料理もGOOD！ ホテルやレストランからはセブンマイルブリッジとサンセットが一望でき、とても素敵な場所でした。 また泊まりたいホテルです。 」

「The host team is amazing and very responsive. The house is very beautiful inside and out. We loved grilling downstairs, so much room down there. We loved our stay here because it was very secluded, unlike Key West, where you are on top of each other. The location is perfect because you can still make it down to Key West in 25 minutes for activities and food.」

The Host was not available at any time, it plain as day states to contact host for gate code and I notified 24hrs before, I called at 1pm the next day, no response, I called at 3pm and texted that i would arrive at house by 5pm like check in states with no response, I stopped for lunch and my new arrival was at 6pm, which is the time I arrived at the house, I called several times to host for gate code, and no success again, It was frustrating I...
