「breakfast was fresh, beach view nice with walking trails, beautiful sunsets. Housekeepers every day if you wanted it. Nice hot tub and pool. Overall suited our needs. Lots of table room for luggage and wall hooks which always seem to scarce in hotels.」

Paid extra for ocean view room w balcony, but it turned out to be a typical for motels second floor walkway to the rooms instead of a bacony, so we were not able to keep curtains open because people were walking by? And so called ocean view was far beyond a busy a d load parking lot, liqueur store, major highway and a coastal bluff. Room was duty and smelly with a stain resembling pet’s poop. 「Arrived on site and asked before check-in to be sure we had a room with the ocean view. I was upgraded for just a few more dollars. Arrived to the room and the one complaint is the air conditioning clearly does not work. Staff arrived shortly after to prep the fireplace. Another staff member checked in to see if we were good and gave us a fan. Later to my surprise, they came back to the room with a bucket of ice and champagne completely unexpected. The properties absolutely stunning!」

「As soon as you got to the property you know its terrible, the pictures online are wrong. I wasn't in the room more than 30 seconds and felt physically ill. Everything was bad from holes in the walls, dirty bedding, dirty floors. I wanted even set my belongings on any surface at this motel. The smell was something eles. We left immediately and thankfully the person at the front desk didn't even question me asking for a refund immediately. Spend the extra $25 and stay somewhere else. You...
