Just a little stinky carpet in the hallway before the room because it’s carpet and people come back from the pool and it gets wet, they should consider changing that. But besides that I cannot complain. Breakfast was good a little pricey… please try the rice and beans it will change your life for the better. The private beach was AWESOME the best beach you will ever be on and we have been to many beaches in PR. Great service at hotel bar...

「We enjoyed our stay very much! Its quiet - hot tub was pretty spacious- pool nice as well & rooms were very comfortable. Our room housekeeper Jaqueline on the 5th floor cleaned our room perfectly. 「I normally don’t judge hotels based on the service since the service everywhere has become so nonexistent, but the service here was truly outstanding. Everyone was helpful and respectful and professional. The room was cleaned and refreshed twice a day with chocolates offered at night. They even setup your pool chairs. Really well done. Except for the Ritz Carlton, the only place I’ve stayed recently that maintained the decorum one would expect of a serious hotel.」
