Leider liegt gelegentlich auch Hundedreck auf den Straßen der Residenz herum. Es gibt einen Privatweg zum Strand mit kleinem ebenfalls Code-gesichertem Tor. Es befindet sich dort auch eine Gemeinschafts-Dusche, die aber technisch nicht in bestem Zustand ist. In der Woche ist es auf dem Strand schön leer, so daß man genügend Platz für sich hat.
