「I have mixed feelings about this property, but unfortunately, I would not stay here again. Cons: * Very poor support when problems arise. The most frustrating part of our stay was being locked out of the apartment for several hours in the heat with no assistance from the property. The door has a lock that requires some specific “tricks” to open, which we were not aware of. We ended up stuck in the corridor, which was extremely hot and had almost no airflow, for hours. 「The property is clean and the host is communicative. The parking is a little small but it is Italy, we are lucky to have a private parking spot to begin with. It is close to grocery stores and cafés which is a plus. This is a bang for your buck if you're visiting Sicily especially with a group of people. We had a very comfortable stay in this property.」
