「朝食のバリエーションが豊富で美味しいです。笑顔で迎えてくれるスタッフがとても親切で気持ち良い朝を迎えられました。客室は程良く広くオシャレです。バックヤードに面していたので静かですが、眺めはイマイチ。あとシャワーが天井固定式のみだったので使いにくかったです。ハンドセットが付いている部屋もあるので、予約時に確認した方が良さそうです。」

「のんびりと観光しながら向かおうと思っていましたが、到着時間を何回も聞かれ、観光しながらのメールのやり取りにはまいりました。また、時間を指定されたため、観光の途中で予定を変更してチェックインしに行かなければならず、その後同じ場所に戻りと、時間を無駄にしました。短い観光時間の中でそのようなやり取りに時間を取られ、もったいなかったと思っています。また、それ以降スタッフは見なかったのです（携帯チャットのやり取りになるようです）。　部屋は広く綺麗に整えられていましたが、暖房が効かず、滞在中ずっと寒さに耐えなければならず、次の日には風邪を引いてしまいました。　場所も観光スポットから遠く（バスで30分くらい）、不便でした。」

「キッチン付きで広く、清潔で快適なお部屋でした。ベランダからはエトナ山が美しく、ウンベルト通りからとても近く、とても良い場所にあります。スーパーや多くのレストランが近くにあります。親切な宿のスタッフの方が駅までの迎えや帰りの飛行場までのタクシーの手配をしてくれました。唯一の欠点は、エレベーターが無く、スーツケースをお部屋までの上げ下げだけが残念な点でした。」

「Hébergement bien situé dans Syracuse, transports facilement accessibles, possibilité de se garer gratuitement en voiture. On se sent en sécurité dans le logement et par sa localisation. Restauration et centre ville à proximité à pied. Le service et propreté étaient au rendez-vous, nous n’avons manqué de rien, le personnel est très disponible et réactif. Je recommande fortement. 」

「Luca was a great host, the complementary coffee and pastries was a very nice touch. Rooms are clean, beds were comfortable. The area is close to all dinning and shopping. Safe area. Luca was helpful recommending a great beach club for our family. 」

「Inside the hotel, the property is clean, spacious and comfortable. The hosts are very attentive. The room was very comfortable. While there is a gated parking lot in the back, the street is on a steep hill, which requires a steep set of concrete stairs to get up and down to walk anywhere, including public transportation. It is very dirty and full of trash, which had obviously been there for weeks or months. Sidewalks are narrow and littered with dog poop in addition to litter. The building...
