"We loved our stay at Hotel Palazzo Achates. The location was within easy walking distance to the main restaurant and shopping area. There are a couple of great lively spots just around the corner from the hotel than we would stop for a drink. Our room was clean and looked newly renovated. We appreciated the patio for a little quiet time after our busy days. Communication with the staff was quick and helpful. We would stay here again,"

"Last minute booking due to holiday mishap, the staff couldn’t have been any friendlier or kinder allowing me to drop bags off early , bringing us food we ordered from the restaurant up to our room as one of us was ill, very clean room and bathroom with everything we needed, good breakfast and a great location "

"The hotel is very clean, the rooms are very nice, the only thing is that everything can be heard from one room to another if the next room is open. close to them you can even hear the sounds of the coat racks in the close all the conversations the bathroom the shower drains all the water even outside you have to dry the floor every time you take a bath localisasio. "Modern accommodation in an ideal location. Within a few steps you’re on Via Maqueda, a lively street with many restaurants and shops. Incredibly walkable but be advised the surrounding streets are cobble/stone in case you are wheeling luggage’s or requesting a ride share. It may be that you need to walk to the nearest street. The building has a small (but mighty) lift if needed. Online concierge was a nice touch and accessible via WhatsApp during their designated hours. No complaints and...
