「We really loved our vacation. I could not give it a five stars because we had one problem our dining at one of the al a carte restaurants. We were brought a steak and wine that was an upsell and was not told the price before we ordered. At the end of the dinner we received a bill for 300 euro. If we knew the prices I would have never ordered a 200 dollar bottle of wine. We explained the problem at check out to the manager and were told that the restaurant told them we looked at the menu.

「Great Resort, super friendly- we really enjoyed our stay!」

「Very good breakfast and convenient location」

「The room was incredible and the staff were first class all the way.」

「Perfect location. It would have helped if we could have been advised of WiFi password upon check-in.」

「Staff very friendly Food and Beverage of good quality.」

「A beautiful place surrounded by nature. The service is good, although it can sometimes feel a little disorganized. The rooms, however, offer poor value for money for a five-star hotel. At over €1,000 per night for a Deluxe Room, I expected a much higher standard. That said, the setting itself is absolutely stunning, and in my opinion, it is the most beautiful hotel in Cefalù.」
