"This property is very nice. The rooms are clean and quiet. Our room had a balcony and the street was noisy, but once you closed the balcony doors you heard nothing, it was very peaceful. The hotel has a restaurant on the seventh floor and the food is amazing. Sit on the patio (if you can) as the view is pretty awesome. Free breakfast was great!"

"Friendly and super clean. 8-10 min to train and bus station. Across the street from market. The rooms are older and there are a few steps as older blogs but there is an elevator to second floor after nice lobby with 5 steps. Staff 24 hr. Marco and Salvatore front desk welcoming and helpful. They opened microwave for us to warm snack. There is bkfst 7:40-20:40a that looks good but our schedule didn't match. Easy walk to the Mercado foods and to Quattro canti and Massimo opera. Went to every place...

"The hotel is old and funky. Rooms are adequate, but not as advertised. The room was advertised on Hotels.com as with a desk and WiFi in the room. It had neither and the Alessandra manager was very unapologetic nor helpful at all about these misleading claims. The hotel is also on the THIRD floor (not second floor) with NO Elevator. Not bad once you've moved in, but be aware of having to carry your luggage up three flights of stairs to your room. Staff, other than the manager, was friendly...

"The hotel property was great for families and group of friends. It is an all inclusive resort and you don’t have to worry about paying for drinks, snacks or where to eat. All you have to do is reserve your restaurant of choice. There’s a sports bar open until 2am for late drinks and bar food. Multiple adult pools and a Kids Club for them to play and enjoy their own area. The rooms were cleaned everyday and everyone was pleasant and very helpful. Only about 12-15min from Cefalú! A beautiful coastal little city in Sicily but a bit busy for us and it was fun to go back to our resort and enjoy the amenities and beautiful views. "
