「The staff was not friendly at all. Check in was extremely difficult, it states that there’s a front desk to check in at, but in fact, there’s no front desk at all. You need to WhatsApp message a number in order to get the codes, and they didn’t respond for a long time. We were stuck sitting outside for 2 hours with our luggage. Additionally, they still falsely advertise the property as a “bed and breakfast” but there’s no breakfast. Lastly, they are not accommodating at ALL if you need a late...

「Very central & a very large room with plenty of space. Only issues is the two very high stories that you need to climb with luggage to get to your room. The only other issue are the smells coming out of the drains but very typical of the area & the city sewage systems.」

「It's a very basic accommodation, but very friendly staff at breakfast. Breakfast was quite good as well! The rooms are a bit run down and doesn't exactly give any "palazzo/palace" vibe... Location is right in the middle of old town, however the hotel does not have any parking nearby (at stated on this website) so you're left alone with finding parking on the streets like everyone else ;) There is a parking place (approx 25 EUR/24h) close to the beach, not too far from the hotel (10 min walk).」

「Lovely view, staff very nice. Bathroom could have been cleaned better. Shower not much pressure. Supposed to be a bed & breakfast there was no breakfast. On Expedia it said breakfast excluded. On hotels .com showed picture of breakfast. Very disappointed. B&B means breakfast.」
