「Everything was perfect. The hotel organized our transfer to and from the airport with car seats for our kids. Our apartment was clean and spacious; the breakfast room has a beautiful view and tons of food options; the property is clean and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. We had a wonderful stay!」

「Perfect for my requirements as I spend very little time at the accommodation. It had a bed, shower and a little kitchen so I could make a snack and coffee. Hosts were excellent in both communication and welcome. As far as location goes, it couldn’t be better. Right in the centre of Historic Palermo without it. Wing complicated to find or get to. Everything if interest literally 5 to 10 minutes away. Exceptional value. If this was my property, I’d be charging double! 」

"パレルモの観光地のほぼ全てに徒歩で行くことができて便利でした。従業員の方も感じがよく、建物は古いのですが、ヨーロッパのホテルらしさを味あえます。 3泊しましたが、連日の路上テラスレストランでの食事に飽きた最終日、ホテルの屋上のレストランで夕焼けの街並みを見ながら食事が取れて、満足度が高かったことを強調しておきます。あと、徒歩圏外の観光他にはホテルでタクシーを呼んでもらいましたが、タクシーはチップを高めの要求されて、不愉快でした。その後はUBERを利用して満足度が高かったです。"
