"The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices were awesome. Enjoyed the bar and second floor hot tub area for great views of the ocean/neighborhood. The Mondello section of Parlermo can’t be beat! I will definitely stay here again on future visits!"

"Lorenzo and the property was amazing! Great Location and easy check in process with 24/7 check in/security counter. The rooms were spacious each with own bathroom and shower, nice kitchen, and large hangout deck connected to kitchen. Depending on if you book all 3 rooms or just one you will have access to the deck and kitchen.You can walk to anywhere in mondello from here to all that mondello has to offer and even has direct access to bus transportation stop for further travel into Palermo City if needed. Also property is right beside Nature reserve park by the Sea so great for walks as well.Even with our weather hiccups and extra night stay, Lorenzo was very helpful and accommodating and I'll definitely recommend and stay at this property again!Grazie Mille for everything!"

"It was extremely difficult to follow the directions for check in. The computer method was not user friendly. It was extremely stressful. We had no idea what was going on. We will not choose your hotel again. Ciao "

"Our booking was to include a balcony with chairs and a table. The room we were given only had a balcony a foot wide. We were booked in for four nights but they could not move us to a balcony room for two nights . We decided not to move as we would have to pack and unpack again. In compensation, the hotel gave us two nights dinner for free. The receptionist Carla did all she could to help us and has our thanks."
