The three villas, two completely renovated recently and a third completed in 2021, can only be rented jointly and together with external services; they are located a few minutes from the center of Cefalù, near the beach of Gorgo Lungo.
They are surrounded by large green spaces allowing their guests a pleasant, quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
The large, bright rooms equipped with all comforts: independent air conditioning system, satellite television.
Outside there is a large garden equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas and outdoor kitchen with barbecue area, two swimming pools (with protective barrier) usable from March to November and on request also in winter: one for adults mt. 8x16 with depth up to 2.40 meters (the largest private pool in the area) and one for children mt. 4x6, 0.70 meters deep (heated), which being equipped with a whirlpool can also be used by adults.
From the end of 2023 the structure will be equipped with a private Spa, with sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower, heated Jacuzzi hydromassage tub, relaxation area, with dedicated staff and at a cost of Euro 100 per hour.
​The smaller pool can be heated only with a minimum notice of one week, and an extra contribution of Euro 200 per week to be paid upon arrival).

The first two Villas on the first floor have 2 bedrooms each, with double beds or single beds (according to preference) and 1 bathroom each, on the ground floor kitchen-dining-living room with bathroom; additional single sofa beds for a total of 11 beds and 4 bathrooms.
The third Villa on the ground floor is divided into 3 independent units consisting of kitchen, bedroom with double beds or single beds (according to preference) and bathroom with shower, while on the first floor there is a fourth unit with kitchen, 2 bedrooms. bed with double beds or single beds (according to preference) and 2 bathrooms with shower;
possibility of additional single sofa beds for a total of 15 beds and 5 bathrooms. So a total of 26 beds are available in this property in 9 bedrooms, with 9 bathrooms and 6 kitchens.
10 bicycles are available for guests;

- typical Sicilian menu with the help of a qualified Chef;

- excursions by boat for hire also with skipper;
- horseback riding in the woods.

The cost of linen, utilities, air conditioning is not included in the rental price, so it is to be paid cash on arrival Euro 999 up to 7 days, plus add Euro 145 per day.
The deposit paid at the time of booking (25% of the rental cost) in case of cancellation by the tenant will be returned by the owner only if the property is booked again at the same price for the same period.
In the case of cancellation linked to the Covid-19 emergency, a credit equal to the deposit already paid can be recognized to be used for a new booking within the following year.
The traveler can still purchase an insurance policy that reimburses the deposit paid in case of cancellation of the reservation.
In November 2025, the local authority approved the payment upon arrival of a Tourist Tax of €1 per night, for up to 10 consecutive days, for stays from March 1st to October 31st of each year, with exemption for guests up to 12 years of age.
