"I had a few days in Cebu following vacation before working for a week and this was a good location. You are attached to a mall with various food options, a massage spa, and a movie theater. This was nice considering how hot it was outside. The room was nice although more seating would have been good as well as hand towels. At Sempre you can always expect kind and helpful service from the front desk, clean rooms due to the diligent cleaning staff, and great food at the Sempre Cafe. I have also used the shuttle service both to and from the airport and made it to where I needed to go with plenty of time. 10/10...
