"Breakfast was fantastic, and the rooftop pool was stunning. However, the algae on the roof could use some bleaching. You can see critters crawling in the bathroom, and the air duct is dirty."

Forced to consume on street as wouldn't pay surcharge. Advertised buffet breakfast, later told only provide buffet breakfast, depending on guest numbers. Offered, soup rice and boiled eggs as breakfast choice. Two boiled eggs for breakfast, not worth the cost. Also displayed beside elevator. Back up generator out of service. Pretty poor considering potential for power failure dut to approaching storm season, air con etc could easily be unavailable. Sacastic staff, mimicking and laughing when airing complaint. Stricter rules of do's and don't. Even a hostel would likely be a better alternative to this hotel.. Booked for two weeks left after one night. Supervisor helpful and they did refund my money, but an experience never to be repeated. "

"Towels were in meager supply, only half of should be needed for this double room. No restaurant or nearby food options if checking in late, but the room was clean and adequate. We needed just a few hours rest, after our late night flight arrival and the next morning ferry. A very convenient walk to the ferry dock. "
