"The room was clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was available 24/7 and staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was excellent! There were many choices available for guests to select. I love the fact that one of big shopping malls was a walking distance. The only downside was a construction noise during one of the night we stayed. "

"I had a very disappointing stay at this Radisson Blu hotel and would not recommend it. Upon check-in, the reception staff forgot to return my passport, which is a serious oversight and caused unnecessary stress. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, there was hair in both the shower and sink area, and basic amenities like shower gel and hand wash were missing. The in-room facilities were also subpar. The iron was leaking and had to be replaced, which further reflects the lack of attention to maintenance. Overall, the amenities and service fell far below what I would expect from a hotel claiming to be 5-star standard. Additionally, the hotel is currently under construction, which made the environment unpleasant and disruptive. There is also no pool available, which was another letdown. To add to the frustration, I was not allowed to have breakfast while wearing flip-flops, which felt unreasonable given the overall poor standard of the hotel. All in all, this was not a comfortable or enjoyable stay, and I expected much better."

"Not as advertised. Facilities not available as per booking. Attempted to charge double the price of two bottles of beer back to hotel room, as roof top bar not available throughout the day. Forced to consume on street as wouldn't pay surcharge. Advertised buffet breakfast, later told only provide buffet breakfast, depending on guest numbers. Offered, soup rice and boiled eggs as breakfast choice. Two boiled eggs for breakfast, not worth the cost. Also displayed beside elevator. Back up generator out of service. Pretty poor considering potential for power failure dut to approaching storm season, air con etc could easily be unavailable. Sacastic staff, mimicking and laughing when airing complaint. Stricter rules of do's and don't. Even a hostel would likely be a better alternative to this hotel.. Booked for two weeks left after one night. Supervisor helpful and they did refund my money, but an experience never to be repeated. "

"Enjoyed our stay here! The property was in great shape, clean, and the room was very nice. The hotel is attached to the mall so there were a lot of dining and shopping options close by. It is also pretty close to the port and tourist sites around Cebu. Would stay again. "

"Towels were in meager supply, only half of should be needed for this double room. No restaurant or nearby food options if checking in late, but the room was clean and adequate. We needed just a few hours rest, after our late night flight arrival and the next morning ferry. A very convenient walk to the ferry dock. "
