"All the staff were helpful and friendly. The whole place was spotless. The buffet had a lot of variety of food and I loved the ice cream and coffee shop easy access. It was great to have the staff walk around and deliver popsicles and fruit/veggie cups around the pools in the afternoon. Not being able to make dinner reservations on line was annoying. Beds are firm and bedding was very nice. "

"Had a great stay with our kids and their spouses for a family trip of 6 that they also enjoyed. Food was great both in the buffet and restaurants. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Pool is great with swim up bar and awesome bartenders. Beach is great with some shade provided with umbrellas. Just have to get up early to reserve a chair by the pool or the beach. This was the second trip for my wife and I and will be back again. Stayed in the Junior suite with ocean view. Highly recommend."

"The resort was amazing! Plenty of food options and great customer service. We had 2 amazing servers at the beach and Alexis at the Media Luna was fantastic, Along with Daniel at tower 6 bar and Victor with the golf carts. That is just to name a few! Everyone was helpful inviting and attentive. Lots of pools in various areas and food options throughout the day from the pantry to the food truck buffets Hibachis and the bar food at all locations. The wild life was amazing to view as well!"

"We had an excellent stay here. It’s quiet, the beach is stunning and clean, staff was exceptional. Shout out to Javier, Cesar, Alan, and Leo! The food was fantastic, we did go to a nearby restaurant called riviera grill that we’d highly recommend. Thanks for having us!"
