「My room was very clean, and the proprietor offered to have it cleaned again multiple times through my stay if I wanted/needed. Everyone was very kind: I was allowed an early check-in, and after getting stuck due to a flight cancellation, I was able to keep my same room another night. Easy, friendly communication.
