「 The villa was decorated in a beach scene. It was very clean and organized. The property was clean and the out door pool was nice. We enjoyed the bar and grill at the pool. Wedding was in front of Cocos and they hosted the reception. I would like to thank our host.」

「4pm Checkin was communicated - however we arrived at 12:30 by UBER after traveling with a layover and had nowhere to secure our luggage!Asked the cleaning ladies after 3pm if we could put our luggage on the deck until they finished - had some communication later with the owner who mentioned it was ok! 「We used this condo for a 6 week snow bird destination. We arrived in mid Feb and left at the end of March. This condo was in an excellent location. It was about a 5 min walk to the shops at Coligny or to the beach. The condo itself, as advertised , was completely remodeled and very clean. Furniture, including beds were very comfortable. The condo had a nice open layout with plenty of light. Private parking space was right in front of the unit which made it easy for unloading and packing. It has...

「We had a wonderful stay. I was truly impressed with organization and availability of anything you could possibly need in a rental. The layout worked perfectly for us. Our three children (8,6,6) loved taking the spiral stairs up to the loft. The also enjoyed sitting on the porch searching for wildlife on the golf course. We would definitely stay here again! 」

「Great location and kids loved the pool. We were coming from a larger more private condo after staying with our friends for the first half of the trip, so although the one bedroom was clean and nice, it wasn't as bright and open as the first place. The kids also loved the free in town golf cart shuttles 」
