「Breakfast was good quality, the a/c was good but “loud” and being right next the bed, it didn’t seem to shut down off all night, despite changing the temperature. Not an issue for this visit but the pool was closed on the previous visit, a year ago and observed that it was still or closed again this visit. Staff were Awesome in accommodating our visit of several friends who came together for our friend who passed away in Beaufort. 」

「Overall this was an average, pretty much no frills hotel. The rooms were clean. No microwave or closet in the room. You had to request new towels or room cleaning as they only do this every 2 days. However, you were not informed as such until we asked. Breakfast was average. But overall clean. 」

「Had a strange experience at check in where the front desk staff was MIA. There was two other guest attempting to check in but there was no one around. I left, had an early dinner, returned and a very pleasant gentleman checked us in. The room was very clean and beautiful. It was a great place to stay that was close to all the places we wanted to visit. 」

「This place was filthy. I don't think they own a vacuum cleaner, or maybe it's broken or something because there were Cheerios, bits of plastic, dried mud clumps and I don't even want to know what the white stuff was in the carpets. The walls had smears, there was tape on the ceiling, and the dust on the lamps and towel shelves was thick enough to carve. The toilet paper dispenser doesn't fit a whole roll of toilet paper; you have to take it off the core to get it to actually roll. The shampoo...

「Very dated property but the room was clean and bed was comfortable. My room (148) was at the very back of the property and it felt a little sketchy back there for a female solo traveler. I think workers live there during the week. They were doing car repairs in the parking area. Made it feel sketchy. I would not stay here again.」

「The room was spotless and breakfast was tasteful and plentiful. Office staff were very helpful with directions and suggestions.」

「Room was cheap but you get what you pay for. Bugs in the bathroom and on the curtains, carpet is warped and a tripping hazard, drawers stick and don't want to work. Housekeeping is lackluster, literally just changed the trash and fresh towels. Breakfast buffet and Customer service is great though!」

「We did not eat at the breakfast bar so I can't comment on that. But the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. It also had a nice view out the window. Parking was never a problem. And the area around the hotel seemed to be very safe.」
