The entire property is professionally cleaned, all linens laundered, and sanitized in between each guest.
1. No parties or events are allowed on the property. This is a zero tolerance rule and reservations will be cancelled without refund for any violation of this.
2. Do not smoke anything inside of the house. There will be a minimum charge of $1000 plus any additional cleaning costs to remove smoke smell.
3. We love animals too but pets of any kind are not allowed on the property.
4. No unregistered overnight guests. If you intend on having additional guests visit the property during your stay please notify your host.
5. We do not allow guests under 21 to book this property.
6. Please respect the city of Scottsdale’s quite times from 10 pm to 8 am. These are strictly enforced by the city and fines range up to $2500.
7. What happens here, stays here…including damaged property and broken items…please report any to your host immediately.
8. If it’s not yours, please don’t take it when you leave. We do a full inventory between guests and anything taken from the property will be billed back to guests.
9. Please respect check in and out times. Checking in early or checking out late without prior approval could result in a charge of $100/hour.
10. No illegal activities on the property.
11. Make big memories, not big messes. Any additional cleaning will be charged back to guests.
12. Please exercise caution when using the pool and diving board. Do not leave children unattended. Absolutely no glass by the pool. Pool equipment should not be tampered with. If you need assistance with the pool please reach out to your host.
13. Guests have access to the garage. There is a vehicle in the garage that should not be touched.
14. Don’t forget your host is only a click or call away should you have any questions on anything.
