Clean but, no staff and bad instructions for getting through gate and also in signing up with iID etc. was a pain in the neck. Took all afternoon and than wasn’t even sure we were accepted.

Ridiculous process for making the reservation and even worse checking in. No on-site assistance to get into room. Probably the worst travel experience I have had in years and I travel a lot.

The sheets smelled of urine and needed to be washed, the bathroom door knob was broken, the sofa was stained, blinds were missing. This was a disaster. It was a random 3rd floor apartment in a complex where people live. The furnishings were the cheapest they could find and I’ve never slept on a more uncomfortable mattress in my life. The mattress had no protectors and had blood and various other stains. The entire experience was horrible
