Such a beautiful resort!!! Everything from the room that we had to the beautiful pools and the bar outside to the restaurant and bar that the resort has on site not forgetting the convince of Starbucks is just amazing! The beautiful landscape just made everything seem like you’re at a tropical oasis. The staff and management is on point and available to you for anything needed. The resort is also walking distance to downtown Scottsdale and all the shopping which is ideal! Will definitely be coming back again!!!

We had a lovely time during our stay.
We stayed in a room with a firepit but unfortunately, it did not work for the length of our stay which was a HUGE bummer. We asked for support twice. The first time, a staff member was sent but had no fix. They did not follow-through on ongoing requests for support. We paid extra for this room so this was definitely a let down.
Otherwise, we loved the pool and amenities. The hotel was set up super beautifully. We would recommend staying poolside. The staff at Say When and Lylo's was INCREDIBLE and positively impacted our stay. Brendon and Luis's positive energy and friendliness was noted, and they checked on us regularly to ensure we were having a good time. Paul is the chef and stopped by several times to see how we were enjoying our eats and drinks - really personable and cool.
The pool was not very busy during our stay which was nice. Kind of wish the shades could be removed during the day for maximum sun time, but overall, amazing environment. Managed well.

We had a good time. Our keys would randomly work for the pool gates, so that was an inconvenience. The room could have been cleaner. Clumps of hair on the carpet, dead bugs in the shower, and we could not get the fireplace to work the first night we were there when it was a little chilly. The two-floor villas would be much better without carpet. The carpet just did not seem very clean.

Although the staff worked hard to get our rooms ready at the published check-in time of 3pm, we had to wait due to their being understaffed. The property is not well kept, and the photos in their listing are not representative of the property itself. I do not recommend staying here.
