「Thanks John for your hospitality during my stay. This was the last day of muly business trip and finally I relaxed a lot there.」

「1. Room 32 had a really bad smell coming from the bathroom. Smelled like sewer issue. No other rooms available so basically kept the bathroom door shut during the stay to lower the smell in the room, but it was not pleasant when using the bathroom / shower. 2. Room photos aren't exactly what's represented on the website - Room 32 is dated and tired for sure. 3. Went to get coffee in the lobby this morning at 9:15am and they were out for the day and the front desk person wasn't aware so he said...

「We brought our dog and asked for an early check in. The staff was very responsive and got us in the room 3 hours before check in. The room was very clean and we loved the back patio with a small patch of grass for our dog! The Hunters Chop House is in walking distance and was a great dinner! We will be staying at this facility for years to come.」

「レセプションも清掃客室係もとても対応が悪い。シーザーの関連ホテルにしては、従業員の教育ができていない。」

「Room could have had more cleaning attention to the details. Small spots on lower walls, lampshade had spots that could have been cleaned. Lost electricity in middle of a shower, almost fell trying to orient myself in the dark. Only the bathroom was effected by power loss. It lasted about 20 + minutes. Annoying !」
