Bedroom & Bathroom
This spacious cabin features four brand-new King sized beds.
There is one private bedroom on the lower level off the kitchen. This room has drawers under the bed, side tables, a ceiling fan and a window to let in natural light.
Upstairs, the loft area is open to the downstairs living room. There are two more king sized beds in the loft area.
There is another private bedroom upstairs that features the fourth King sized bed, a window, dresser and small closet.
There is one bathroom downstairs with a full tub and shower combo. There is a second full bathroom upstairs that features a standing shower. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash and fluffy towels.

Kitchen & Living Space
When you enter the cabin, the kitchen is to your right, dining room to your left and living room in front of you. This space has recently had new flooring installed as well as 2 new, comfortable sofa couches. Curl up on the couch and watch the HD Roku TV and turn on the electric fireplace insert for ambiance.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. We provide all the necessities like dishes, cookware, baking sheets, utensils and of course, coffee!
Cook a delicious meal then sit at the large six-person dining table in the front of the cabin by the large window. Or, grab a stool and sit at the countertop.

Outside Space
This gorgeous cabin has a covered wraparound porch with plenty of comfortable chairs. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the fresh Rocky Mountain air while you enjoy the lovely views. There is also a propane grill for your use.

The cabin is heated by baseboard heat and there is a window AC unit and ceiling fans to keep it cool.

*Do not leave pets unattended in cabin without kennel or crate!

Our water system relies on a well, and we request your assistance in conserving water regularly while in Colorado. You might receive reminders from us to be mindful of your water usage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests can access the entire cabin as well as our playground and communal spaces on the resort property.
There is a new community firepit and cornhole game in front of the Grand Lodge by the playground.
The Lobby, located at the front of the property by Fall River Road, offers a paid guest laundry room, pamphlets for local attractions, and a coffee bar. You can access the door with your cabin code.

The Neighborhood:
Fall River Road has access to Rocky Mountain National Park's north entrance and is lined on each side of the street with cabins and resorts. Even so, this area is in the remote Rocky Mountains and feels very secluded. We often have wild animals such as deer and elk on our property.

Getting Around:
The easiest way to get around is by car- you do not need 4WD to access our property. We provide free parking. We are only minutes from one of the entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park.
Our roads in Amberwood are paved and may be slick when it is icy or snowy. We do our best to keep them clear for you!
The city of Estes Park runs a shuttle in the summer months and there is a stop within walking distance of the cabins.

Other Things to Note:
We are in the wilderness of Colorado. There are bears, elk, deer, sheep and numerous other wild animals that also call the mountains home. Respect their space and do not keep any trash or food outside unattended. We have an animal proof dumpster on our property for any trash.

● Daily maid/towel/linen services are not provided
