Yes, staff was very friendly. I found the $15.00 charge for parking to be a lot ridiculous. This hotel isn't in an area where there isn't enough parking or other businesses who works use it.

The room is perfect for a family of four with littles. The pool offers hours of dun and the breakfast with an omelette station is absolutely worth the value! We love staying here anytime we attend an Eagles game

Room was clean and quiet, bed very comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Also a great location for shows at the Blue FCU Arena. ~ 3 minute walk across the parking lot to the venue. Would definitely stay there again if needed to stay in Loveland

Like the last three times I’ve stayed here, it’s been an absolute pleasure to be there. The room is spotless and clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. My favorite part is the breakfast buffet, love the many food options.
