「We stayed at the family tree top tent for 5 nights and it was an amazing experience. Nekajui's location is absolutely prime, and the wildlife outside our tent and around the property was unreal! They assign a Mantu to help you schedule reservations and ours was very helpful. The service for a Ritz Carlton Reserve however, could be a bit better at times. Sometimes service can be a bit slow, especially by the main pool. We also had a pretty good sized plunge pool but it was only cleaned when...

「Very friendly helpful staff. Very good Costa Rican style breakfast served in beautiful courtyard. Rooms were fairly simple with ceiling fan and one extra fan as well as bathroom. The ceiling fan worked well enough that we didn't use the extra fan even though the day temperature was approximately 35C.」
