「I liked the breakfast very much and the location was very convenient. Only thing is that I couldn't swim at all. It would be good if you could install a system to make the water warmer.」

「The room was spacious and well equipped (no kettle though - you need to ask for hot drinks at the bar) and staff are attentive. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus.」

「The hotel is ideally situated with some great views from the rooftop bar. It has a contemporary feel and there are plenty of shops and restaurants in comfortable walking distance. All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I'd like to make a special mention to both Andre and Bruno, who were great conversation from behind the bar. If I come back to Madeira, this will be my first choice. 」

「We had a wonderful time here and can’t wait to go back! We spent 5 days here as part of our honeymoon and loved it. We spent our mornings out on tours and the hotel packed lunches for us to take with, and our afternoon by the pool sipping sangria. Can’t go wrong with that! It’s a very small resort but it made it that much better - laid back, quiet, good selection of food options for me that were gluten free, and friendly staff 」

「Having only stayed here for a brief period, arriving after midnight and departing in the morning, I must say the entire experience was truly delightful. The hotel, though rated as a three-star establishment, boasted a reception staff that provided a five-star level of service. The property itself was well-maintained, and the room was exceptionally spacious with lovely views. Furthermore, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was quite tasty.」

「Das Hotel war grundsätzlich nicht so meins, es ist von der Einrichtung her schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberkeit und Betten sind jedoch top. Was hervorragend war, ist das Personal. Ich wurde selten so lieb empfangen. Wir hatten um 4 Uhr morgens den Rückllug und wir konnten den Shuttle Bus ausserordentlich um 1.45 Uhr von Hotel zum Flughafen buchen, ausserdem wurde uns ein Brunchpaket zusammengestellt. Die zwei Herren, die uns zum Flughafen gefahren haben, waren super nett und...

「The hotel is fairly high up the hillside, so the drive up is exciting! The hotel itself is amazing. We had a great corner room and balcony with amazing sea and valley views. The staff were very friendly. The only downside was the restaurant was only open for breakfast during our stay, so dinners had to be elsewhere. 」
