「Die Wohnung war gebucht und bezahlt. Es wurde aber nie Check-In Information geliefert. Nach unseren verzweifelten Anrufen bei FeWo-Direkt haben diese immer wieder versucht, den Vermieter zu kontaktieren. Alles wurde ignoriert. Am Abend des Anreisetages mussten wir dann ganz schnell Ersatz finden. Dieser Stress hat den Urlaub ziemlich verdorben. Es handelt sich nicht um ein Versehen oder so... in der Wohnung wohnte jemand anders. Also Betrug. Nicht darauf herein fallen! 」

「I would have given this property 10 + for location and cleanliness. It has an amazing pool, right next to a shopping center, buses to Funchal center and a levada. Alexandro is a guy that manages the apartment and he is super nice and helpful. The only drawback is the noise from the nearby construction site that happens between 9 and 5 pm.
