We have stayed here many times. The front desk staff always remember us. They are very friendly and helpful. The garden view room we stayed in this time was very spacious and quiet. The hotel is in an excellent location with lots of restaurant choices nearby and now the Madeira Museum of Modern Art just around the corner with many musical performances.

The staff were excellent. The room large with two terraces facing in different directions . One overlooked the pool and had a table and chairs but the other was a perfect spot for the New Year fireworks . I slept extremely well. Breakfast buffet had a large fresh choice and chef who cooked to order . Highly recommend

My sister and I had a large room & bathroom in the new wing of the hotel. We thought the hotel was modern & spacious. The staff were very understanding and supportive when we had to cut our stay short by a day as my mum had taken unwell at home. Nice hotel in Funchal

This is my second stay in this hotel. Nice hotel, not to far to walk to central Funchal. Nice, clean rooms. Good breakfast, nice pool and & spa area. Will stay again!
