「Remodeling was a great inconvenience」

「clean room」

「I don't know who said this place is pleasant? I slept in my Tesla in parking lot. Roach motel is what it is. Just absolutely disgusting and the place needs to be leveled to the ground and condemned. Nasty Nasty Nasty. Unless you are homeless or a broke drug addict don't stay here. Holiday inn Busch gardens about 40.00 more and nice and clean and just beautiful. I wish I took pics smells of MOLD and water leaking in sink all over ground hense mold smell. Alive roaches crawling under bed. Did have...

「We stay here often for concerts. Always clean and the staff is always amazing. Price has gone up a lot and disappointed that ESA animals are no longer allowed free of charge.」

「It was nice」

「Excelente atención」

「Not enough sitting in breakfast area. Parking was ok. Staff doesn’t smile at all except for the check in girl.」

「Overall, our stay was okay, and we had no major complaints aside from an issue with the room keys. Checkout was at 11:00 AM, but our key cards were deactivated around 10:30 AM before we had a chance to retrieve all our belongings. This was inconvenient and could have been handled better. Hopefully, management can address this issue to improve the experience for future guests.」

「It is convenient to have a car. Everyone's employees are kind and pleasant.」

「ごく普通のホテル。値段のわりには良くなかった」

「The hotel is kind of new, very nice staff, love the breakfast, pool looked nice, bed was comfortable and bathroom clean and nice. All The attention from Jada the front desk attendant was amazing and she took great care of us and the dogs. We called ahead and asked if we could do an early check in and when we walked in, our room was ready. Will go back.」
