It is just an older property so some things are not in great shape like the tub/shower. Very min. Amenities like only one coffee capsule and very basic hand and body bar soaps. The hotel was good and I would stay again. The tub drain was stopped up so that the shower drained very slowly. The courtyard area was pretty and the pools looked very clean.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Air conditioner short cycled on/off every 3 minutes. Shower and bathroom sink had no hot water meaning taking a cold shower at 7am. The bar next door to hotel (30 North) has beyond excellent, big, juicy wings.
