「The cottages is so cute and comfortable! It had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. 」

「We were booked to stay in this cottage, however due to a maintenance issue, Nan reached out a couple of days before and offered us their other cabin, located right next door. She and her family offered to move so that we could stay there and not be disturbed by the maintenance workers. So while I cannot speak to this cabin, I can say that Nan was an excellent host and her property was clean, well-stocked and lovely. Would happily rent either cabin from her again.」

「Loved that the lake was only a few steps out our door and the lake was perfect for swimming. Also the hot tub which was shared was never overcrowded. Would definitely recommend to others as a nice place to stay. There was plenty of room in the cabin for myself, my 9 year old daughter and her two 16 year old girlfriends. 」

「The house was very nice, clean, plenty of room and furnished nicely. It had been recently updated and full of everything you might need. The bedding, dishes, towels etc. were top notch. The owners were very nice and considerate of our needs. They were a pleasure to talk to.」

「Quiet, cozy and clean. We spent 5 days and enjoyed every day. The lake was beautiful and it was so much fun using the kayaks. We made a fire one night, wood was available for purchase at the going area rate. Marshmallow roasting sticks were provided. 」

「This was a family get together. The location and home exceeded our expectations. From the easy check in to all the amenities available we were very pleased. We enjoyed the provided kayaks and paddle boards. The fire pit got plenty of use. Everything we needed, except maybe a better wine opener. The accommodations made for a perfect week. 「We had a wonderful stay at River Falld Cottage! The location is perfect—peaceful and scenic, yet convenient to everything we needed. The house was well-equipped with everything to make our weekend comfortable and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, steam shower, and the beautiful views of the river right outside the windows. It was the perfect spot for a refreshing getaway, and we will definitely stay here again.」

「This cottage was perfect for our family of 4. The location was great for visiting Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Fishtown and more. Our teens who love to fish spent hours in the kayaks on the lake bass fishing. We rented a pontoon on Long Lake one day too (so close). The kitchen had everything we needed for meals at house and we used the grill several times. The hosts were easy to reach if needed. Would highly recommend. One tip: bring your own drinking water. 」

「What a beautiful spot! Very clean and quiet!! We had a little rain so the patio was a great place to hangout. My family enjoyed their time and asked to come back next year! Owner was very friendly! Five stars for sure !!」

「Ample parking for our car & boat trailer. Fully stocked kitchen. Huge family room with beautiful windows overlooking the water. Large, private lot - great for yard games! Individual a/c units in each living space were fantastic. Comfortable furniture & bedding. Gas grill & washer/dryer were a bonus. The dock was a great spot to moor our boat and enjoy a cup of coffee/glass of wine.」

「The house was awesome and in a great location. We loved being able to walk to the beach and to stores/ restaurants. Loved the back yard as well. We did a big group dinner outside. 」

「Really nice two bedroom cottage just a few steps from the Boardman River. Comfortable sitting areas, both inside and out. Kitchen was fully equipped and functional. Main bedroom was nice sized and comfortable. We had a delightful time. 」

「Older cottage that has been restored very nicely. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. The outside was very spacious and soooo quite. You can walk to the beach and yet was very close to Charlevoix. Gerry was a great host and saw to our every need.Thanks」
