「At nearly $500 for the night I expected way more as my family generally stays at home2suites with much better results at a fraction of this, but guess it is all about location. 「3時前にチェックインにフロントへ。　お部屋の掃除がまだで結局16：30にお部屋へ入れました。 フロントスタッフは謝っていましたが、段取りが悪いことが不信感に繋がりました。 フロント周辺で待っている間に掃除スタッフを5、6人見かけましたので、人手が足りない訳ではなさそうでした。　 私の前にも同様に待っている家族連れいました。 」

「When checking in the front desk person was having a hard time and ended up charging my card 3 times. This was an inconvenience since I didn’t check it until the next day. Because of this I have over a thousand dollars pending on my account!!! Also the morning cleaning crew were very loud in the morning yelling to each other. Woke me up.」

「Outstanding unit. Immaculate and beautifully appointed with a kitchen, a full size stove and refrigerator including a dishwasher. A little learning curve checking in virtually. Thank goodness for the outdoor outlets as my phone died while trying to check in. I highly recommend the property.」

「Very quiet and clean hotel and within walking distance of downtown Traverse City. My only complaint and it’s very minor - there are not enough mirrors in the room. The only mirror was in the bathroom. We like a mirror in the room area (not just the bathroom) so others can do hair and makeup when a person is in the bathroom. This is a very nice hotel and the breakfast is nice. I would definitely stay here again.」

「スタッフは親切。 ホテルはトラバースのダウンタウンから車で5〜10分程度の距離なので、便利。ダウンタウンまでシャトルバスも運行しているそう。 ホテルは、レンジやミニ冷蔵庫があり子連れ家族でも比較的広め。 ホテル内のレストランも評価が高く何度か利用したが、料理の提供が遅く子連れだと待ち時間が辛い。 ホテル料金は高めだが、トラバース市内の他のホテル料金と比較するとおすすめのホテル。 」
