TC Sleep 6

Brand new, spacious two-bedroom condo with two full baths, beautiful balcony deck, centrally located in Traverse City, MI. Location is everything when you are vacationing, and our unit will put you blocks from the beach, the Commons at the Old State Hospital grounds, the TART Trail, and downtown TC - all in easy walking distance. Being on the west side of downtown Traverse City, it's quick and easy to do the M-22 drive and head to the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, enjoy outdoor music and food at the Lake Ann Brewery, or visit Suttons Bay, Fishtown (Leland), or any of the numerous wineries, breweries, distilleries, and amazing restaurants in the area. While at home, enjoy the gorgeous granite and butcher-block counters, sink into the new sectional sofa with a comfortable memory-foam sleeper, or enjoy a cocktail on the deck. Great food, great shopping, and fun entertainment. We do have a three night minimum stay, except in our high-demand month of July which requires a six night minimum stay.

The condo is one of two above one of the biggest party stores in Traverse City, West Side Beverage, featuring a huge assortment of libations and delicious pizzas and sandwiches. Note that this is a second-floor walk-up unit.

Please check out our neighboring properties for larger groups. The second condo is VRBO 3954989, which is the mirror image of this unit, also sleeping up to six people. Both units are above West Side Beverage, so if you have a larger party, book both:) Situated behind West Side Beverage, VRBO 1239086 is the two-story, three bedroom home which was built in 1896 and lovingly restored with all of the modern amenities. It sleeps 8 quite comfortably.

We had a great stay here! Great location, very spacious, modern and clean. Don’t let the stairs scare you off, they weren’t bad. We (2 couples) were there for a week and would stay again.

Great location! Great place to sleep in, bedrooms are dark as night all day. Bring a night light if you don’t like pitch black! Balcony was nice if you want the sun. Kitchen had everything we needed and it was convenient having the store downstairs. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Fantastic Downtown Condo

My husband, son, and I spent two weeks here and loved the ample space and location! The separation between the bedrooms and living space made it easy for us to work remotely while my son entertained company. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a newer property with some great upgrades. For our purposes it was in a great location, just off the downtown of Traverse City. Would definitely recommend this property.

This condo is in a quiet area yet still close to great food and shopping.

My family and I really liked this 2brm condo. The floorplan is well thought out and felt very spacious. Exterior and interior seemed almost brand new. The balcony overlooks across the street Loco Boys Brewing Company (great place to eat!). Parking in back is easy and it was nice to have the West Side Beverage downstairs to grab drinks. The only thing that we didn’t like was the hvac noise at night. The fan kicks on and off a lot. Maybe it just needs serviced. Overall one of our favorite vrbo stays!

Last Summer Getaway

Our stay was perfect. The condo was up to date and well furnished. Location was perfect and very walkable with lots of eateries and stores right there. The owners were very helpful and answered any questions we had. The outdoor deck space was top notch. We would definitely rent here again.

Long Weekend

We truly enjoyed our long weekend with our adult kids. This location was perfect just as the listing describes. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Traverse City and little towns all around did not disappoint! We will definitely be back!

Perfect!

The location was perfect. Close enough to walk to downtown, yet far enough to be away from the crowds for relaxing nights on the porch. With a burger joint down the corner, a brewery with Mexican food across the street, and a party store downstairs, it was great. Very clean too! Thomas was very responsive and extremely accommodating to our needs. We'd definitely stay again.

Memorial Weekend Family Trip to Traverse City

This condo was everything we were looking for during our recent trip to Traverse City! It is updated, clean and centrally located. Even better in person!

This was a last minute trip, so only stayed three days but would have loved to stay more. Wonderful place. Very clean. Lots of space for our family! I found this spot to be even better in person than online. I liked being on this end of town, as it was very easy access to Leelanau Peninsula without sitting in traffic. It was an easy Uber, drive or 15 minute walk downtown. It was great having Los Loco across the street and Mundos coffee a block away. We would definitely stay here again!
