「It's hard to beat the location of the property. You have a personal section of beach which is awesome for kids and dogs. The house is very "rustic" so don't have high expectations for this. The house is, however, very livable with a nice kitchen set up, dishwasher and washer and dryer. Beach stairs could be challenging for small kids, disabled or the elderly. The stairs are also a little on the old and weathered side and a little scary for my teenager to traverse.」

「May 25-28, 2026 We stayed a wonderful 4 days in the beautifully decorated and well appointed cottage. The grounds are beautiful, and we had everything we could possibly need. We loved the quiet, shady neighborhood, and the short half a block walk to the most beautiful beach around. We had the beach mostly to ourselves, and enjoyed a morning walk along the shore, swimming in the calm clear water, and gorgeous sunsets every evening. Rosemary and Mike are such lovely hosts, and made sure we knew...

「If you are looking for a place in South Haven, look no further, We have stayed at any VRBOs and this one is at top of list. The place is very clean, well appointed with so many little touches that make you feel welcomed and right at home. We loved the little touches…the welcome sign, the Victoria complete with a wide variety of albums, the fire pit and well stocked kitchen I could go on and on. WE will be back!」

「Unit had not been cleaned when we arrived to check-in. It was late and the host did not respond for an hour. By that time, we had booked another room for the night. Host did not respond to request to return compensation.Unit is in a very run-down, possibly abandoned, road-side motel. The unit itself has very little space. You can find much better lodging close by for much cheaper pricing.」
