"Excellent hotel. Beautiful dinner and breakfast. Was sad I couldn’t eat more. The spa facility was incredible with beautiful views. I would love to return."

"Property is very nice. Rooms are very large for Japanese rooms. The staff in the reception area were nice but at the same time gave a weird vibe. The hotel itself had a stuffiness of “old money” . Even though the restaurant in the hotel was well reviewed we had a bad experience there. Drinks were messed up as was the servicing of the food. The experience was not good at all. To the point that we cancelled the second reservation that we had in the Japanese restaurant at the hotel. We all got massages and those were very good. Overall, had hoped for a better experience considering it was a five star hotel."
