"I often stay at this hotel, which is clean, with spacious rooms. I like the location, and most of the staff members are extremely friendly. One negative is that although I have stayed probably 100+ nights over the past few years, the reservations system doesn't recognize me if I book via an agency (e.g. Expedia), which I always do, because the prices are terrible via the hotel's website. Several times I have been given an awful room (brick wall view) and had to change it. Obviously a chain-wide IT problem, but one that should be fixed and it would benefit the hotel's customer service delivery to do so. "

"Great Location and very comfortable. Only need to improve is controlling heat and cold. It is very hot since it centralize and their heater is on. Make each room able to set their desired room temperature setting. "
