"Overall, my husband and I were really happy with our stay; the room was very quiet and the staff were friendly. The hotel lobby Starbucks coffeemaker didn't work at least three out of the five days we were there, but alternate arrangements were made and we were never without. During our last night, we discovered we were unable to open the sliding glass door to our balcony, which was a disappointment but we were too lazy to contact anyone about it. Also, the room was not cleaned by the time we needed to get ready for dinner (just after 4:40 pm) and we did not contact housekeeping when we headed out for dinner, so we never got our room cleaned that final night of our stay. So, our only complaints were minor enough that we did not contact management to remedy the situations."
