「Not as advertised. Pool closed. Apartment had broken furniture, including the desk office chair, that my 5 year old sat in the night we arrived that literally fell over because multiple feet were bent.. Apartment is right next to trash room. Hallway smelled of narcotics and apartment had strong cleaning chemical smell. Cheap pack and play, no crib as advertised. Couch full of stains. Unit was dirty upon arrival. including someone elses hair in one of the showers. Oven still had old food...

「Not set up for handicap accommodations. Grab bars in bathroom were loose and very dangerous. Toilet seat not secured. No place to hang clothes. Do not stay here if you are traveling for business or a wedding, or any function that would require nice clothes. The only place available to hang them is over the back of a chair! I understand not having a dedicated closet, but at least install a hook on the wall. Parking not included. Plan on another $30-$35 / night to park assuming you find a...

「For my money, this is the best place to stay in Austin if you are traveling solo or with one other person. It is a fantastic location. I was a little worried about parking but had absolutely no issue with that. It is such a lovely set-up and so very clean and comfortable. I really looked forward to coming home to this space after running around town all day. Excellent option at a very reasonable price. I will be back.」
